We will accept your full payment as your confirmation for a place in our waiting list. You can expect to wait a day or two on the waiting list and I'll let you know that we are starting your order. 

I'll send you videos and photos everyday on how much we've accomplished and expect your product thereafter not later than 10 working days. Once the order is done we arrange a formal video call to meet us and to see your harness and expect the rest of the payment to be done before delivery. 

You will receive a package with you harness. 
- a certified certificate of your garinty and the genuineness of the leather
- a small gift from us to thank you for your support

This product has a 5 year guarantee. 

If the product needs fixing or resticting, simply send it back to us and we will repair or either replace for you. 

This product comes in a standard size.
